Choose the desired variety and quantity. Piece of meat freshly cut, weighed to the minute by our Chef. All meats come from Goeders in Verviers, which collaborates with local producers.

Just as wine improves with aging and cheese matures, meat, on the other hand, undergoes maturation...

Our high-quality meat, carefully selected by the master curer, is left to mature in our cabinet filled with Himalayan salt blocks, purifying the air and imparting a subtly salty taste.
